@Wizard of id breathtaking visuals and your eye for detail is simply outstanding. I only watched the video because this would simply be a slideshow on my machine. It really is too bad that there isn't more creatures in the shop to add to the atmosphere. Perhaps some deer, and some birds would add tremendously to the scenes.

Game v1.02 has been uploaded.

Be warned that it might end up a slide slow on slower systems

@Wizard of id Ok, so I downloaded it because I had to try it. I could only run it on low and I got around 4-7 fps. I love everything you've done with this but the enemies kinda ruined it for me. hmm..spoiler tag doesn't seem to work.

FYI : My loading time from clicking start to initial starting point was about 5 minutes.. I'm guessing it doesn't take that long for most of you?

Thanks, WOI, I had a great time with this and even got to go to Sunday school.

The loading screens were beautiful as was the music. I really enjoyed all of the sayings along the way, especially "Don't be redundant by repeating yourself", lol. I killed most of the enemies but at the very end I just ran like hell to the destination.

very very nice lighting! the way it worked reminded me a little of "morning mountain stroll". i like the way you build your terrain, ways, mountains and how you place the vegetation. very impressive!

Thanks for the feedback guys !

@nuncio
I used the idea of MMS, as it works very well if you want 100's of AI roaming around, as you can effectively reduce the rendering distance dramatically, with the right blend of terrain/trees and fog and make a very large map.

Game play is linear which is a trade off, Gameguru isn't ready yet for rolling hills and a million entities, but when the time comes, and gameguru is ready and I have 6 months on hand I will definitely would like to do a more open world type game.

Really great work, I like the medieval feeling!

I want to play this game!
I'm really bad at scripting and all what comes with it, but I can compose music.

I see voting is now open.However you need to register an account in order to vote, a bit of an annoyance, but none the less it would be greatly appreciated.
I think if we as a community stand up together we can push all the gameguru games to the first pages.

Not just that your input and vote will be greatly appreciated by all the gameguru entrants !!!!!
