Product Chat / Can TGC model packs be used commercially in other engines?

Due to my orginal FPSCR pledge I have amassed a large number of FPSC and GameGuru model packs. Is there an EULA agreement for these anywhere? Can TGC created models be used commercially in other engines?

I'm pretty sure they can be!

Models created by TGC should be ok to be used in other projects outside of GameGuru. However, always check on their store pages for any disclaimers.

If you are looking to use any non TGC models, please make sure to contact the individual artist to check.

Hi,

Anything media created by TGC can be used in other engines (although why would you want to ).

Non TGC store media is only licensed for use in GameGuru. If you want to use any store media in other engines you will need to contact the artist for permission.

However, in all cases, the developer is responsible for ensuring that all media is protected from ripping and can't be distributed AS IS.
