this is a brandnew gameplay video from the new "doom"
i was kinda unsure but now i guess it will be a nice game. very gory and bloody, nice graphics, well known weapons. looks like a real remake.

what do you think about this?

Looks great. Bethesda have a wonderful track record (probably because they take years to do each game, instead of releasing a sequel or spin-off every 6 months), so I think Doom 4 will be worth the wait.

I haven't played any console games for the last couple years but I might just be getting an xbox one for Doom 4 and Fallout 4 this year. I saw the gameplay video too and it looks really awesome. I really hope that Doom 4 gets good reviews! I imagine so as bethesda is a really great studio and has a good record as Gtox said.

The thing that I really liked when I watched the E3 video was the snapmap feature. I am really, really glad that they are still keeping the modding community in mind with the new games that they are making - seems that those kinds of things are happening less and less in gaming. And I think it allows custom content import maybe?

wow. looks really nice. Look like Bathesda is getting 60$ more from me again as long it's a good port for PC.

I'm not too big on how the player camera "iceskates" through the level... but other than that its visually and gameplay wise just the kind of doom I could get behind. It looks like they took what was good in Doom³ and gave it a bit of classic Doom polish. The well lit and extraordinary scenery really wows me. I've also always been a huge fan of first-person world interaction and there seem to be some gems in this!

@Nuncio: I have embedded your video
