Hi, I have my gameguru on my fast desktop computer and I have to travel a lot and was wondering , do I need to pay for another license to have gameguru on 2 computers, I just want it on my laptop as well, so do I need to get another license?

You'll be okay to install it to your laptop as long as you don't run them both at the same time. Same goes for any game bought on Steam.
