Free Models and Media / Blender to gg need help

Hi Reloaders,
Here is my problem:
I made a model in blender 2.69 with separate objects (did not join them)
When i export as x file and open it in gg although in the fpe the collision is set to 1 i can still walk through some of the objects not all of tem and the wierd thing is that i have in the model an object ant it's duplicate, i can not wak through the duplicated object but i can in the original.
Anybody had the same problem?

I'm not following exactly what you are saying here. I understand you have a collision issue.

It might be that you haven't applied the scale inside Blender. When you scaled your model inside Blender, did you press 'Ctrl+A'?

I downloaded the zip. There is a lot of work to be done there!

The whole model is over 19,000 polys and over 38,000 tris.

The model is far too high poly for game design. I can imagine this is where your issue are coming from.

I would advise trimming a few thousand polys off the model and try it again. You can shave lots of polys off in the pipes. You could literally half the number by removing some of the edge loops.

Also, for that particular model, I would join all the pieces together and export it as one.

Give that a go and see if it helps.

Oh, I must say, I love the vision you have, the model has great shapes to it and looks very interesting. I hope you can get this sorted.

thank you for your reply.
yes that was the problem.
i tried to cut the loops but it distorted the pipes geometry, so what i've done is:
made an asset of the tower structure and several assets for the piping, in this way everyone could make it's own piping concept.
