I found my thread!

I want to carve out tunnels in the map editor

I am looking to build a multi-player hybrid Rpg / shooter
I really want It 4 player split-screen with controller support and +online players
I am planing a co-op dungion crawler with alternative playstyles per class
each weapon should have 5 attack styles a primary, secondary alpha and beta and a super
i would like more variety then that but i can wait for a few updates

melee
fists kicks
fist weapons
swords, swing, stab, swirl, frantic stab
shields, block, bash, running block, charged bash
axes, Chop, uppercut, slash,
spears, stab, frantic stab, polevalt
halbred, chop, slash, stab, swirl, spin chop
lazer swords and chain-saw swords
ranged: bow & arrows, bolt and crossbow (flaming, frost, lightning, posion cloud, splash and explosive ammo)
throwing knives, stars, disks (all should have unique throwing arks)
guns
lazer beams,lazer cannons, gattling guns, regular cannons, rocket machine guns & shotguns and grenade launcher machine guns and shotguns
I want to be able to mix and match gun characteristics in new interesting guns
and i need to be able to make new guns quickly and highly customizable

movement styles
jetpack, burst jetpack, levitate, floating, large jumps, skiing, running (maybe with boost)
and then mix everything together for mechs except magic

magic: should interact with the enviroment
fireball (should blowup barrels of booze),
lightning should stun ( rag doll dance) and ark off of water and metal,
ice shards (shooting spears)
freese ray (the lag blaster)
shrink
enlarge
invisible
levitate
boost flying
epic jumps

destructible environments are Important, because i want to use them as alternate story arks that load alternative versions of the same map that i have modified

I want the whole game co-op in every sence of the word
each world will be open
I will build other worlds that connect
subterranean tunnels at (as many levels {within the same level}) as possible for each level

floating cities lots of platforming and falling to your death in increasingly hilarious ways fall damage biased on height
gravity and anti gravity blast of ragdoll physic craziness
telekinesis with a real emphasis on throwing weight and impact (rocks, chairs, people, animals)

I need [animated] [ridable] I will build them my self eventually,
but If you need some cash, build working peices for me and your name goes in the credits and i will pay fair prices for models and such Im kinda broke but I will try and fix that 5$ max on new peices

Mechs (Interchange able shoulder and arms/weapons/ legs/ booster)
Dinosaurs Rideable varying size scaled veliciraptors, pterodactyl T-rexes, stegosaurus
Insects scaleable ( mosquitoes, ants, spiders, termites, bees, wasps, roaches, worms, )
Dragons, Rideable drakes, Chinese Japanese I want every flavor
wildlife: deer, birds, squires, lizards, butterflies, rats, lions/ tigers, bears, moles, snakes, scorpions
creature people, kat, lizard, snake, scorpion, minotaur, wolf, rat, mole, squirl lion/ tiger, bird, bears, angel, demon, ogre, goblin, golem gnome, dwarf, fairy, trident, elf
Jello (ooze monsters) think fluber/majin boo/slime monsters
animated creature trees (vines, throwing star leaves)
flowers and plants that try to eat you
and space whales, sharks, dolphin, jelly fish and octopus that fly around and shoot lazers

did I forget something awesome? zombies maybe? Sure!

switching between first and third person should be seamless and in games accessible
custom controls and controllers for everybody
over the shoulder (both sides) would be a nice options
all the fighting and levels need to be in the same level (no random encounters) but multiple levels are fine
loading every 5 minutes like monster hunter or GTA (back in the day) are frowned apon
but its ok if the levels are deep and full of character
which is what I plan to accomplish. awesome deep and interesting levels filled with character that dont drag down a cpu
so i am quite looking foward to the structure and character editors being more usefull
structures and buildings should be enter-able (just my prerogative)
this is my giant wish list/ to do list
I don't really expect help but that would be super awesome
I look foward to sharing my crazy game
I hope the teraforming is good
I also want to add teraforming as a magic spell
but geovox import would be sweet too (the teraforming in that looks Ideal)
hell I would love to Import Rhino models into the engine
because then I could build houses, boats, castles, skycrapers, planes anything solid I could even build it in the same way they do in real life (each peice is complete) then you could take impact physics and break everything apart on impact and send each individual peice flying in every direction
ohh and Make it faster XD

this is a changing list
and I will edit it every so often
I look foward to reading comments, Ideas and depressing rabbling

Better get to learning custom modelling, animations and scripting, you will need all.

that is a pretty tall order there and not all is possible at this time. I would suggest just making test maps with your ideas to get the hang of how things work. Not saying that this all cant be done, but for the moment there will be a lot of customizing on your part, which will take learning and practice.

No holes in the terrain yet. you will need to build your caves from existing boulders and scale them and rotate them to get the look you want.

I am sure you will have more questions once you get going.

I got a chance to play around with it and wow....

well the terrain editor works and is almost useful but more terain editing tools would be lovely
(I really want that tunnel digger) [Void tool]

Is there a way to lock wasd movement along the X axis and the arrow keys locked along the Y axis
Middle click drag
currently they just Identical functions
rotating to the left and shift D (strafing)is required for moving around the model that gets annoying quick

this program has wonderful potential

now about the games it makes...
I did not appreciate having what felt like zero control in the design of the main menu
I was quite depressed in how badly the game actually ran (.5 FPS maybe)
I made a small arena and threw in all the weapons
(i had a horrible time trying to grab the weapon i wanted to test)
the jetpack is really annoyingly slow
the character moves annoyingly slow
the character creator is useless
and 3rd person camera is elusive
i literally can't play the games i make because it runs so slow

well i look foward to the next update

Dude i saw space whales and thought of a poem

Also animated chicken legs would be nice.
