global.lua is best place to start

You also have the LUA codeset for above and beyond. (such as io, arrays etc.)

EDIT: If you look into gameguru\docs there are some PDF's you can access. Also check the Community Guides at Steam.

Yes, what !nullptr said is the best way to find them. Looking thru the scripts also can give you great insight on how things work.
