I have lots of 3rd party media that uses many more textures than game guru supports. Does any one know if using Unwarp 3d can convert it into one or two texture files so game guru can use it?

You can use unwrap for uv mapping, but i think you need something like photoshop or gimp(free) for editing, converting and combining your textures.
Unwrap only unwraps the mesh to a uvmap layout. this layout can be used for your texture
