Hi, since Character creator seems to be almost done I think that more future expasion of it coud be the possibility to import ANY biped character (animated or not) and rig it into chararcter creator tool adding bones to it and after that give it proper animations based on a prebuilt range of animations ortaking them from standard characters incuded in gameguru.. to create a character from scratch and get to animating in the shortest amount of time possible. with rigging tools ,etc similar to Unreal Engine A.R.T. (Animation and Rigging Toolkit)

it would be great if we can import any character we wan and after that rig and animate them into the engine...this will be a great injection to the slogan " the easy game maker"...

you could always get an animation package and apply the motion capture files your self and then skin what mesh you want to that, then just export the animated x file and the textures, then you have the same as what your asking for.

Once you have a skeleton with animations that can be attached to it, thru motion capture files, it is just like editing a movie. You are asking these guys to include a full animation program. You can do it your self now, if you choose to learn the basics of what you are asking.

I'm not asking for a complete animation software but something with a a skeleton premade that we can apply animations (default from standard GG characters or custom)

it will be cook if we can take the skeleton created nito character creator and use to apply it to other external characters

The character creator is a good start to this. I am told that it is working pretty good and has a lot of variables for different parts.
Still in its infancy, but the characters do get all the movements of the uber soldier right now.
The Uber Soldier carries all weapon animation sets.

yes..itps a good startn and I hope it will improve in the future to give us a lot of new possibilities
