Is there a list of avaliable keys somewhere for the g_InKey command for GG.

I just want to know what are the avaliable keys that we can assign to .lua.

I have been working on some code for hours trying to use...

g_InKey =="b" & g_InKey =="B"

I have finally come to the conclusion that g_InKey =="b" is avaliable and & g_InKey =="B" is not.

Would this be correct?

Thanks
I may be old, but at least my memory still ....hmmm

try GetInKey() == "B" . Edit: only seems to work with caps lock on

Curious, Shift + any of z,x,c,v,b,n,m doesn't register a return, but caps lock z,x, etc all return capitalised letter. All other qwerty keys seem to work ok with shift or caps.

Yes , if you use "caps lock and b" or "right shift key and b" it works.
But it does not work with the "left shift key and b"

Its the same for GetInKey() == "B" and g_InKey =="B" commands.

The left shift key is not recognised!

I wonder why?

Thanks for helping me find it, at least it not an error in my code.

Thanks 3com.

I will look for that.
I just realised that there is a image for the keyboard template on screen while you wait for test level to load.
I must of seen that hundreds of times. lol
Also I just realised that the left shift key is assigned in gameplay as a run button.
That's why left shift and a letter does not work.
What a day...
Thanks

True, but left shift + many keys does work - it's only the last row of a qwerty keyboard that doesn't?

i remember when the input keys got added there was an issue with the \ code, perhaps this issue is related (as it seems like all the keys after \ are the one's that dont work)
