After buying and downloading "Game Guru", stuck at logo image with description "checking files for you..." and can not proceed directly to Map Editor. Map Editor render screen changes from black to grey periodically. I deleted and reloaded software several times from 23 to 27 Build. Cleaning up "dbpdata" in Temp folder. Add exclusion for standart Microsoft Defender. Tried the same for NOD32. Even turning off antivirus software during download and launching GameGuru. Nothing changes for month. I bought a product, but I can't use it

I have all system requirements with MS Windows 8.1 x64 on board.

Do I need to do something by myself or I just need to wait for the next update?

Thank you.

sounds like your Anti virus is blocking files. exclude all the GG exe's and also there is the temp folder in the yourprofile\appdata\tamp folder. exclude this folder and try again.

If this persists, then please verify in the steam interface the file for GameGuru. In the library section RMB on gameGuru Icon and choose properties. 3rd tab verify files option button. it will tell you how many files are missing and que them for update.

Done! Still nothing works. Files excluded, cache verified. I can turn off my antivirus and I will have the same situation.

I am going to have you contact support directly, so they can get you fixed up. If you could press the green help button at the lower right of this window. that goes to support directly. Sorry you are still having these issues.
