Product Chat / Unable to duplicate objects

I've tried the steps below:
Left Click Item
Click Extract
DO NOT move your mouse
Left click again, and you SHOULD have an object that's the same as you clicked

Well, for some reason all i get is nothing, and afterwards I'm unable to click on any objects, and have to place another one to able to do anything at all again.

Hold the shift key when placing objects to place more then one at a time.
Shift key is the key for everything now.

If it don't appear to work.
press shift and the command or action you where looking for.
