Make the texture and give it the _I.dds extension place it with the other textures. Use dxt1 compression.

That should do it for you.

Hello Pirate Myke,

just tried to get it going, but it did not in my case.

Since it is possible to open up *.tga files for the Models while importing them, is that also supposed to work with glow *.tga-files?
And is a kapital "L" (Lumination) or an kapital "I" (illumination) at the End?
So the result would be *_I.tga or *_L.tga for the name of the Glow-file.
The created *.dds-files turned out so big, that I kept working with the *.tga files I already had created. (I do use Gimp.)

Would that work?
How are the experiences with the Glowing-Textures?
Or do they necessaryly have to be a *.dds file?

I would recommend a compressed .dds file (dxt1 compression) for the _I and its a capital "i".
Please note that illumination only works if your entity shader quality is set to "high"
