i didn't know how to title this thread.
i have very old FPSC objects and when i put them on my map very often GG crashes. sometimes it works so i would like to know: can i use these objects in GG or should i leave it? when i get this working, how will lightmapping or saving a standalone be? i have a screenshot to show you what i mean....

You will must to use the correct path of the files in your GG entity. fpe (texture, scale, effect, and the .x file)
For some of old entities (FPSC) you will need to remade the .x file too.
Smile today, tomorrow could be worse

Older media is officially not supported, You need to go thru what ever it takes to convert them to GG format.

They will not just work with out changes.

I've gotten that sometimes with old objects as well (sometimes they're green!) They aren't objects that I've converted personally, but have downloaded here around the forums. I think they may have been Cosmic Prophets, but I don't remember. Anyway, I've never bothered to see what was causing that because first of all I was just playing around and secondly they seemed to work okay upon launching a test. I'll see if I can recreate it and I'll get back to you!

EDIT: LOL, it might be a few days!
