Well you could import into blender (or any program that can export .x ) scale for reloaded and then export as .x file, you would also need to create the fpe file and convert the images to DDS, and if blender is used then use 2.69 as 2.7 onwards has issues with .x exporter

If this means you do have max, then you should be able to easily load in the .FBX and export as .X

Here is bond1's .x exporter for max.

You may need to do some alteration with UV mapping if the assets use multiple textures and you want to use shaders in GameGuru.

If that meant you do not have Max then yes, Blender ought to be a good route to go.

thanks for yours answers but my assets are in unitypackage format and not .fbx format so I can only explode them into unity...

in this case ..is there a way can I "extract" assets I want and port them into .x format?

Look in the Unity tutorials for exporting media, that will tell you the formats it will export, I believe they are FBX, or .obj.
Both of which are importable for both Blender and 3D Max.

Found it!!!

I found a tool that can extract .unitypackage so I can have models and textures extracted in standard folders but now born another problem

since unity 3d use materials ,when I try to display models into software like Right hemisphere deep exploration.. i have my models semi-invisible maybe due to the materils used by unity..is there a way I can turn around this???

what format are the texture files opened in? 3rd tab from the left at the bottom from your picture, maybe kill transparency there. If they are not transparent, then are the normal flipped?

can I set a voice into the fpe file to scale it or must I do it into my importer software??

yes I do.. thanks...

but after that a new bug is born...

since if I put scaled object into editor and after go in F9 mode and try to modify that object (rotate, reposition, etc) the object cannot be placed anymore and disapper..

this is a proved bug and I referred it to Pirate Myke too..

wait for news...
