Product Chat / Gold Pledgers - Have We Lost Our Main Privileges?

When I became a Gold pledger I did so because it was stated that only Gold pledgers would be allowed to sell their games. Is this still the case? I ask because I've seen a couple of new Youtube videos about GameGuru and what I heard suggested that anyone can sell the games they make on GameGuru. There was no mention of pledger status.

That is correct; all GameGuru users will be able to sell (or give away) any creation they make.

So, can I get some clarification from the TGC team? What were the advantages of buying Gold over Silver or Bronze? I read online that any GameGuru user can sell their games and I assume GameGuru was released equally to all pledgers.

I initially pledged Bronze then bought Gold so I've paid for both.

Well, that was the main advantage as advertised throughout Reloaded's development--being able to sell games for gold pledgers. But when TGC published to Steam as GameGuru I guess they took away that distinction so all can sell. Now the only difference between Gold and Silver/Bronze is you get a couple more model packs as DLC sometime this year, and a few more spare keys.

The advantage of buying Gold was early access to the product as well as a lot of the media. Giving developers a head start.

As a thank you all previous pledgers have received a number Steam keys and will receive free model packs that will be released during 2015. The total value of this exceeds all original pledges. Any user is free to giveaway or sell the Steam keys.
