Feature Creep / afterkeypress instead of onkeypress

we now can read keypresses in lua when they happen, but if a user keeps a key pressed for a longer time you get multiple calls e.g. if you display an ingame selection menu a keydown press gets called multiple times getting to skip multiple lines. i got a workaround by using math.floor and increasing with 0.05
it would be nice to have an afterkeypress that gets filled after the player releases the key.

yes again, another nice feature to add. thank you. check in the global.LUA file for all the script commands that are implemented at this time. Also there is a sticky at the top of the script board with the commands also.
