If you watched GDC, you know that there was DX 12 presented. Just want to ask. Is there a chance that GameGuru will support dx 12? It is future for gaming and I am worried, because GG now runs on dx 9 which is too old for engine, if we want to keep up with other engines and probably make good looking games with also good performance.

Perhaps Lee has been waiting for this all along! (we can only hope) I guess we'll find out when he gets back from GDC. He always seems to come back with something new.

Let's hope so. Because i see no future in dx9 and models reduced only to .X format and one Uv texture map.

we can do multiple UVs no problem, I just hope Lee gets excited by the promised performance increase! Not to mention kinda future-proofing the whole package if they're serious about being on this for the next decade.

About that multiple UV mapping. I know it is possible to have model with many textures, but still we can't apply shader to that model.

True. I would really like to use the materials I've made in Substance Designer as well as the ones that come with it.
