I'm building my first little cityscape (I am finally confident enough in ReGuru to build an actual level!)
Anyway, I've been laying down several of the pavement blocks from the TGC City Pack (Pavement 01, 02, and 03). I noticed as I would launch and walk across my little city block, some of the pavements appeared uneven, which is strange, because I snapped them together on a flat terrain. Also, when I encountered these blocks and the area in which they were placed, my frame rate would drop from 45 fps to 7, and then go back up after I sludged through the area. When I exited back to the editor to adjust their position, I noticed their auras were green, which, of course means they are dynamic. So I checked the properties panel, and sure enough they were not static. Instead of going through each and changing them, I figured I would just change the fpe, delete the dbo and bin and relaunch. When I checked their respective fpes, however, I discovered they were already static. Looking back in the editor, I found that most were static, just these few were not. There were some from each of those (1, 2, and 3). I have not been able to recreate this so I'm not going to call it a bug, but I wonder: Has anybody else run into this?
EDIT: I found a couple that I missed when I manually changed them back (Note: I DID NOT manually make this dynamic:
