Can i reuse some of the test levels in my games i make and can i sell my game if they have the levels in there?

Not quite sure what you mean but if your talking about making a game, Selling It and then reusing the maps to make a totally different one then that's probably your choice.... If it looked exactly the same I don't think you would be very popular but its your game to with what you want ..

@jvwjgames, You are free to do with the levels and content as you please, you don't even have to give the original creator any credit.Only real issue I would have personally is passing off a unmodified level as your own, don't know how TGC feels about that, having personally created some of the levels in gameguru it would be my only objection, I can't speak for TGC, their ideals were to provide levels that users can test and modify freely, not sure if it would apply to unaltered demo's as I no longer have rights to the levels and content.

Would be ideal to contact them, or hopefully they will reply here.

I would love to see any modifications or improvements made to the levels.

Ahh now I understand...... I thought you meant your own test levels ..
I would definitely clear it through TGC, first..

So If i modified it enough i could use it and what if i gave credit?

Ok hear is the official status on this matter:

The user can significantly modify the level and then distribute however they like without giving credit.
However they cannot include the level unmodified or with minor changes without stating it is the GameGuru demo level.

No permission or credit is needed for the originating artist.
