We used to be able to hide HUD overlays with F12. Please bring this back as it is essential for taking clean screenshots.
Obviously it can not use F12 due to Steam overlay conflict but we need this functionality restored.
If it has already been moved to a different key, please clue me in because I couldn't find anything in documentation.

I'd like to be able to hide it as well some how? Is the interface HUD's hardcoded? I hope we can change them like in FPSCx9.

This should definitely be an options.

In the meantime, you can put the HideHuds() command in a script and turn them off in response to a key press. In standard GG, you would have to tie it to the E key press, but if you install Omega Core then you could tie it to some obscure key that you wouldn't normally use.

This is easy to do actually. Put a trigger zone over the player spawn area. Create a script called hidehud.lua and just put this in it:

(please ignore the [br] in the scripts, the forums add it for some reason)

When you load in, there will be no HUD. However, you will not have access to your TAB menu either. To fix it, create a script called showhud.lua and put this in it:

replace hidehud.lua in the trigger zone and load in, it will bring the HUD back
