Okay couple of things.
You can't have windows and doors in the same entity as GG doesn't fully support composite entities.
Windows with transparency will not work correctly, and need to be separate entities as a result.
Animated doors also needs to be a separate entity, for collision and the composite part to work correctly.
However lee will address this in a future version of GG, however I can't share the specifics of that, as it's not public knowledge.
Short comings on stairs and ramps, platforms, doors, windows ect is currently being worked on, so keep a look out for that soon.
