Hello, You can change the jump height but playing with the gravity and the other options on the player start maker.
to do they just lay down a Player Start Marker, click the marker and then click properties.
Editing things like Scoping does require a small bit of knowledge as you will be playing around with weapon variables.
I would not recommend editing the gunspec without first creating a backup of the file you will be editing.
Alright, I will link you to another page that will give you a bit of idea behind airmod and a better understanding on how to edit the gunspec, this will help you get the effect you want, on the rifle. Keep in mind that not all these features are implemented at the moment.

When you get to the page look for "AirMod User Manual [Version 0.6.0]" and download it.
You may need a text editor to open up the .rtf file.
