Am I allowed to give away my 4 spare Steam keys to the general public? I was thinking I might either just do a competition where people can win keys or give them away. Just want to make sure this is ok with TGC because they say the keys are for friends and family...

The way I see it we paid a lot more then the new price so therefore those keys are fully paid for to do as you will but TGC should correct me here if I am wrong

The spare keys you have can be given away or sold to whoever you wish, they are yours.
