I would like to see camera angles in editor mode. It is hard to place objects inside buildings at the moment. The in game editor feature is good however I was able to change objects in FCS-R however unable to see how I can do that in GG.

A clean entity/object list in in game editor mode would remove the need to add camera angles.

For in game editor mode:

Easily chose from the list of entities you have.
Easily place the item and select the where it should go. If you want to put something on a table it can be a little tricky.

Those are the only things I can think of for now.

If you want to place an entity on top of another entity, use the "Enter" key when placing the object.

Holding down the Enter key, move the object over the entity you want the object to be on top of. Release the enter key and the object should rise above the lower object, then left click to place the object.

I'm with you 100% on being able to select entities from a list. The Test Mode (F9) editor needs this feature.

One of GameGuru's biggest missing features...

Changing editor views and an easier way to find entities.

This has been requested for so long, I doubt anyone can remember how long. It's hard to believe we still don't have this. Maybe they'll get to it by the time the engine is in its final release.

I'd love to see this feature enabled in GG. I was really happy they added XYZ Gizmo transform and scaling, and I feel it is only a matter of time before an exporable camera is enabled in the Editor. I am optmistic

I'm happy about this too, but also extremely disappointed. I think I was the first to ask for the gizmo feature, but it was in conjunction with a 3D edit mode. It's kind of funny that they put all that effort into a 3D gizmo and kept the edit mode as strictly top-down. It makes no sense to do that. None.

I just read this comment on Youtube from Rick:
