Hi there! I'm planning on picking up gameguru as soon as it comes out but the main complaint i have is that the current level of graphical fidelity not really up to par is with other engines.

I know this is a price i pay for the easy to use interface and very low price but i have a couple of suggestions that could make this engine look a whole lot better withouth too much work!

First of all viewmodel lighting.

What i am talking about is this for example

Now gameguru doesn't have this creating these akwardly bright and wrong lit viewmodels

Another suggestion would be shadows on character models.

Again an example http://i.imgur.com/hvgbKph.jpg

While gameguru seems to be missing these

Now notice how i used 2 examples from games WAY older than this engine is half life 2 from 2004 and battlefield 2 from 2005.

If the dev's do read this, i hope they take this into account!

Thanks for reading my feedback !

Hello JeliLiam, and welcome to GameGuru.

There are lot of example on this forum of the quality that can be achieved in GameGuru.
For Example:

Our Gallery page:

We are still working on the product, and better lighting and shaders will be coming soon.

As far as the characters, They do usually have shadows but are missing from that video as it was a development build.

We are also working on the shadow quality.

Thank you for your comparison and suggestions.
