Hello all

Here is a new building project I am working on. With the new rebranding of reloaded to Guru, I am going to expand upon my enterable building models and create new unique content to create more urban envirnoments that are immersive and have more character than what I have made in the past. See pictures below.

I'll be posting new building models in this thread and keep my other thread for models not related to this project. Some of my building models are already on the store, those will also be apart of this project. I'd like to create a lot of open buildings to eventually provide a good substance of content to users to make a wide variety of urban/modern games.

Nice work - tatty buildings are much more of a challenge to create than clean, new ones.
