Reloaded mixes realtime( for dynamic/static entities) and static shadows for static entities when prebaking the shadows.
However the flashlight as this point in time doesn't casts shadows when shining on either dynamic of static objects as yet, lightmapping is still in a beta phase and will be for some time to come as new features are added to the lighting system.So is due time, lee will get around to it, just a question of when as it is not a priority as yet.
Lee is still has a big bug list to sort out.
