First of, happy new year to all
and to start this i have reworked the bloom shader to support vignette, it is not much but it is a start.

@TGC it might be nice to get this rolled into the next release as a turn on/off shader, since it drains fps like all shaders.

to get pointers on how to get other stuff done, atm am workin on gettin the dirt lens effect working but i might as well
start porting some of the fullscreen shaders from fpsc classic.
(if that is ok with tgc?)

How to use? the post-bloom.fx (vignette is included in this updated file)
Go to effectbank/ reloaded and backup post-bloom.fx
and replace it with the one in the download.

and to others who wish to add the vignette effect to their own fullscreen shaders (as long as we dont have a slider for it)
you can simply copy paste the stuff from the post-bloom.fx file, just search for vignette.
