It is a cool website, but everybody who use this, must look which license each sound have! You should say this in the main post!!!!! Some are just for uncommercial use with name of the author

My dream is to develope games, which makes fun when I create it and fun when other people play it.

You're right, on this page there is a list of all sounds so clicking each of them will open up a page with license (and other) information!
