If you remap controls it should work, correct me if I am wrong, but I think a gamepad conversion program should work. I remember I used to use an xbox 260 controler for my mouse and A for the left click. there should be a program that works like that, as I am sure reloaded does not take over keys and keybinds, and it should work decently.
