Bummer, I don't see where the copyright claim would come into play. I think, perhaps, that the creators of one of those games don't want those bugs on display so probably issued a "cease and desist" order because they were embarrassed. Those were all great looking games, bugs included, and if it were copyright infringement to record or display gameplay, how are so many people allowed to do it? AuShadow, you do it! I don't claim to know every country's copyright laws, but as far as I know, at least in the US, displaying somebody else's material in the form of satire is perfectly legal, and I would say that video fit into that category. A fine line, perhaps, but then the average guy doesn't have the lawyers that a huge game producer has.
