I had this up before.
The controllkeys < > [ and ] seem not to work in all languages, the nordic ones for an example. Reason for that is probaly because they are at a different location than a US mapped keyboard.

Would it not be better to use keys that are common for all keyboard layouts? Like the arrow keys etc?
Or make it possibe for user to remapp keys.

Better yet, make the keys assignable so the end user can have them where they like. EDIT: Perhaps you should put this over in "Feature Creep" as well? Just a thought.
