Hi,

New Mender is attached. If you have characters converted by Animer, just open and save them in new Mender - this will make them compatible with ragdoll system.

I 've tested characters from model packs 1, 2, 4, 17, 18, 51, 53, ww2, scifi and Zombie Apocalypse 2 - watch the video.

I used 1.0085 BETA version of FPSCR.

Let me know if any other classic characters are incompatible.

NOTE: Mender has been updated to version BETA4 - it's attached.

For those of us who are uninitiated - can you explain? When I try to use FPSC chars in reloaded they just stand there with their arms out turned the other direction.

More specifically, can you do a little write up of the conversion process to make it work with FPSC:R?

Thanks, and much appreciated.

@Bolt Action Gaming

The tutorial is attached.

Instead of Mender 1.5 use Mender 2.1 BETA3.

There is also video tutorial created by Super Clark:

Thanks for this.

I tried this with X10 converted characters. I have 4 converted. 3 worked fine 1 did not probably because the particular model may need updating in Animer too....

So works for me I would say.

Hopefully when V1.09 comes along it will still work but not banking on it as things may have changed, I would not know.

Great job anyway and thanks again.

It would be boring if everything worked

A Question for Rafhalzer, is there any way to get custom characters into Reloaded without using the standard soldier.x for animations? Or are we all waiting on 1.9 for this to happen? Thanks

We are waiting for 1.009 - look at Lee's blog:

http://fpscreloaded.blogspot.co.uk/
Thursday, 30 October 2014, Custom Characters and AI Meet.

You can make a custom character compatible with FPSCR using Mender 2.1 BETA3.
If a custom character has a different skeleton than the FPSCR standard soldier (Biped skeleton), then you need to turn off RAGDOLL system (RAGDOLL=0).
You'll be able to do it in v. 1.009 - look at Lee's blog:
Friday, 31 October 2014, Zombies and Terrain Sculpting Day.

If a custom character has a Biped skeleton, after conversion in Mender it will be compatible with RAGDOLL system.
