I just wondered whether TGC will update the demo for download at all? A lot of Lee's blog posts talk about using The Escape Demo as a test level for applying the new settings too. I thought it would be a good idea if newly complied versions were released so a larger audience could test it on their systems to see how it performs? I would love to see the performance and visuals work that has been achieved so far in action as well as the new AI tweaks. It would be fun to play an updated version. Don't worry about it too much though if it's just a waste of your time. I will patently wait for v.1009 as much as I want to jump up and down and scream "Just release it as it is! Conkit, multiplayer and all!" lol. Obviously I need to work on the patience bit... But it's all so exciting I can hardly wait! Checking out Lee's blog every single day really wets my appetite for more!

Yes there will be a new version of The Escape when the bugs are all ironed out.

Just so, and I might even replace the default weapon with one of the new cool ones from ErrantAI (if I get permission) as they really rock!!
