We are aiming for a November release for the next beta. The zombie pack will be released soon afterward as it will need the new beta to work correctly. We have made some very impressive performance and visual improvements over the last couple of weeks and you can expect a lot of nice new features in the next build as well.

I'm not sure where that screenshot of the boxed version came from.. It's new to me.

Thanks for your patience everyone, we're confident you won't be disappointed.

There will be a full change log of all new features. We won't be adding documentation to the engine until it is much more rounded.

Lets hope the core Stability, Memory and other important user core or feature issues relating to previous and existing releases some of which have gone haywire and which are documented are sorted for the next release whenever that is likely to be.

Though any other improvements if they are indeed such are welcome I am sure - not much use if the above are not fixed.

Any additional features and visual changes I can personally do without in favour of the aforementioned stabilities and fixes to existing issues.

Additional performance is always welcome of course as a core requirement to support everything else and hopefully there will be some or at least no less.

Don't really want to wait until V14.1 or 2112 or for the extra-dimensional-hologramatic-virtual-reality box! version before the things that users have asked for and need updated or fixed to work so they can at least do something of value while TGC work on further development and adding things.....

November will do for something working, beginning of November, End of November, December whatever, preferably this year if possible....

Not sure if I am looking forward to it or not until I can boot it up and see what we have.

Anyway Nice Box set image there!

@almightyhood

There will not be any documentation in application, there would be no value from the team adding documentation that would be outdated with the next beta. Why waste time with that when they can be adding features and fixing bugs. Better to

I know there is alot of work being put into 1.9 and i appreciate that but i hope that the time scale we have had to wait between builds wont be as bad again as i feel like it has been forever

Wait should hopefully be worth it... they are doing lots of work from what I'm reading on the construction kit, multiplayer and general performance and usability. Can anyone confirm if the construction kit will be in the next version in November? Once I get my hands on that I can really start creating levels properly it looks awesome! I MUST have it ASAP
