The lights in fpscr have to improve a lot

I agree. that is the main Issue I am having with my new stuff as well. I had to do the textures a bit differently on mine, to get them to look right. And not sure how to go about it, I'd hate to get a whole lot done, then have to go back, and redo all the textures to adapt to the new lighting, which I'm sure will come soon. (fingers crossed).

I like your work a lot so far. I love the fact that there are some really good Sci-fi packs in the works right now from some of the folks here. And stuff is going to get better as time goes on.

LOL! Something I have always found useful when doing Sci-fi, is to take a little time, and build yourself a few "Greeble" sets of meshes. You can then re-use the parts in various combinations to make new stuff without having to build similar stuff over and over. Here's an example:

Hope that helps a little. Good luck, and great work.

Hi Slaur3n
I'm sorry but I stopped the work. There are too many problems with the positioning system, it is still too primitive, should add object snap and snap for placement in height, different types of visualization of the project you are creating. Without these improvements the sci fi pack is useless.

Don't give up Bisella! I'd buy the pack from you once you have managed to fix the issues with snap to grid etc.. it looks good so far.

And your English is good... well it's better than I can do in any other language other than English! I can just about say "Hello" in French, Spanish and German but that is about it!

I understand what you mean.... V1.009 is not as friendly and some models that did work still do ......but you have to fiddle about even more to get it right.
I hope you don't give up totally though.....It looks awesome ..

Totally agree!

Being able to rotate the map as in a 3d program, would help much to place objects on the map, exactly.
And being able to place objects in the test mode, it would be the icing on the cake.

I have just finished a SCIFI pack of my own and although I agree the height placement in Reloaded is not there yet, you should carry on with this work. It is pretty fanta
