No I don't think it is, I might be wrong, but I haven't seen anyone say the Particle Creator works.

If anyone has the software I would love if he could check. If not I'll buy it and check myself.
I'll wait another day or two for an answer.

I'm pretty sure that's for Classic! The only particle generator so far in Reloaded is for the jet pack, I believe. It is still in development.

I would doubt it works, but, I'm sure if you search in the effect bank folder you will find a particles folder. That is currently where reloaded stores the ones it uses so far. Indeed, I am currently working on a model which needs a weapon muzzle flash so will probably be exploring this myself in the next week.

Yeah, same here. Not sure if it's hard coded or shader based. Not much info about this around as yet. I am guessing it may use the effect_animate.fx shader to display the textures in the animation sheets. But no idea how you would go about using this with an entity.

Developer of Particle Creator here, unfortunately it only works for FPSC classic. I don't think FPSC:R supports particles at the moment, and when it does the tools offered in Particle Creator will probably be built right into the FPSC:R editor.
