Try this. Open a browser and go to the store site. Make sure you are logged in there.
Open up FPSC Reloaded. Go to files/download store items and let it go thru the checking for and downloading of files you own.
That might get it for you. If not then contact a mod by email and they will check out the download and report back problems or fixes for you.
