I am building a very large level which takes a long time to load up, creating AI Obstacles is the really long wait. I often find myself pressing Esc when I meant to press Tab on entering the level to change settings.
I know this is my own fault as I don't always pay attention to the keyboard when working and it irks me immensely but perhaps it might be better to have these two a bit further apart so I don't keep doing it, Backspace would work better for level edit, for me at least, I don't know if others have the same problem with it

A funny thing happened on the way to the forum...

I've done this myself

Maybe we need confirmation of exit or a 2 key escape (e.g. Ctrl+escape). Any thoughts?

I don't know if I've ever done this or at least not enough to warrant a change. But if you make any changes at all I would suggest it be the confirmation idea and not a complex key combination for exit.
