/ how do i make an expension pack?

I really want to make an expansion pack coz got some good ideas. so i was curious how do i make them, can any one tell me plz i would be very happy if someone told me.

What do you mean by expansion pack?

i might be wrong but i think he's talking about how to make a collection of assets, like buildings, roads, signposts etc. Here goes my attempt to be helpful.
That being the case, you need at the very least, a few things.
1- A gold, silver or bronze FPSCR pledge, if you havent already made one. Your other choice is to download something like Unity but you will need to know how to use C# or javascript and the free license probably wont give you the benefit of the lighting and physics effects of FPSCR.
2- a 3d modelling program like Blender or Maya (Blender is the best free one available but in my opinion its worth paying to also have milkshape to have the full .x file import compatibility which you need for FPSCR)
3- a 2d modelling program like Photoshop or GIMP to make your texture maps (GIMP is to my knowledge the best free program)
4- a lot of patience in learning how to use these programs proficiently with FPSCR if you can't already.
thats just for static assets for things like buildings. As for making characters, it is extremely frustrating and even most people here are still getting to grips with that.
