With blender i could save the file to X file But I did not know what to do Then for it to work in FPSCR.

I didn't see any mesh in that zip file, I only saw what I presume to be textures, so I would say good luck! But then my browser has been kinda wonky as of late. Anyway, good luck!

All I see is textures also. There is no mesh file to convert to xfile, that I can see, unless you did not post it.

if you have it in blender maybe upload the .blend file and we can see whats happening, and also make sure your using v1.69 of blender for export to .x

If you open the file via google you'll see only pictures but if you download the file you will see that there a .OBG file 20MB for blender and different 3D software.

At 202,495 poly this model will need to be split up for sure. and scaled to what you need. Also determine which parts will not fit on the map when scaled up and not use those parts.

As far as the textures go, you can bake the textures onto one sheet (4096 x 4096) from the whole model

Then they will be together. As far as how to do this in Blender not sure, as I use max, but you can search this on the internet and should come up with the answers you need.

Edit:

I would split it then bake the separate pieces, this will take some time to do.
