A simple thing that will greatly enhance the fun factor, and realism of Reloaded is to include a player hit animation that rattles and blurs vision for a couple of seconds, every time the player gets hit. It immerses the player way more. Call Of Duty is a great example of this. Even boring maps profit from this kind of hit mechanics! Any plans to include this?
Cheers!

Also perhaps this could be a property in the player specs so game designers can increase, or turn this hit mechanic on or off. Just a thought...

Oh, also the sound of the bullet hitting player would help this system to be more believable too.

yeah I agree this would make it seem a little more hands on, right now it not too easy to imagine you are being hit, would also be good to have the player you are hitting make some sort of animations as well.

If I ever get down to releasing Omega Core v1.07a, you will have the ability to shake the player up whenever you want. As for the blurred vision, that could eventually be possible with a post filter, which is technically possible in my plugin right now as well, but just not exposed for general use.

System Specs: OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1, CPU - AMD Phenom II X4 945, 3.0Ghz, RAM - 8Gb DDR3, GFX Card - 2048MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 640, FPSC-R Version - Beta 1.0085

This sounds great. Do you have an updated release of Omega Core for V9?

With all the problems with the current version, I don't want to spend any time on it. I'm waiting for a more stable version. Then I'll consider a new Omega Core release at that time.
