Have you tried a totally blank installation of FPSCR and ensures no firewalls are blocking the program?
This is unusual but this error can also occur if one of the items you are Dow loading is corrupted. So if that fails I will need your store login email so I can investigate for you, you can either PM it over to me or submit a support ticket.
