Like in model packs, can we edit weapons? If yes how?

The thing I'd be interested to know is if there is a way of editing either the damage inflicted by weapons or the health of characters... rocket man has a serious amount of health and even if you shoot him in the face multiple times he never seems to die! I'd like to make it easier to kill him...

@goofy yes you can edit the weapons stats found in The Game Creators\FPS Creator Reloaded\Files\gamecore\guns\modern\RPG (gunspec) you can edit the damage ect back up before you edit
