There is no specific board for this just head over to the area you need help with and look there. For example if you need help with scripts go to the scripts board.
You can start a topic in the right area asking for help if you cannot find an answer already using search or by browsing, there are plenty of users happy to help in each board.
We did have a tutorials board but it proved to be unpopular traffic wise and became crowded with request threads some of which were not answered due to the board not being popular. So we have removed it in favour of each board having help within it.
