I keep being blocked from the forums by something called CloudFare turning up all the time, its really irritating and takes about 5 seconds to go away every time, thats when it doesn't get stuck and require several refreshes with several more '5 second' waits.

Very irritating. Anyone else getting this?

I am not sure why you are getting this, as we haven't had it happen to anyone else. Does it happen all the time or just occasionally?

Just occasionally, maybe it was because I was running OSX Yosemite (Pre-release) and it didn't recognise it? It seems to have stopped for now, at any rate.

Its meant to be part of the site then, I was hoping it wasn't some sort of malware that was pretending to be something else!

Yes it is part of system it is protecting the servers if it detects we are getting a lot of traffic all of a sudden or if it thinks your browser is unusual for any reason it will show you that page while it runs checks to see if you are a real user.

This system protects any FPSCR related service now as we were seeing traffic increases, it saves more than 50% of the bandwidth each month which makes a difference on the speed.

That's ok then

Was just hoping it was meant to be on there rather than something pretending to be something else, when you get malware that redirects web inputs to browser.
