Product Chat / Pledged Gold but no packs?

Hello all,

I pledged Gold a few days ago and have been learning it. However, I cannot find the Horror and Vegpacks which come with the Gold Pledge. I went to the store and they say I already own them. Where are they? How can I download them?

ok stay logged into the store, then when in editor you hit the file then download store items you should get them downloaded from there I think. hope that helps

Ah! It's working. I didn't see the "download store items" in the file menu.
