also if possible give it a setting for an accuracy penalty might be good - maybe add this to the properties of the actual weapon pick up so you wouldnt get the same penalty for all weapons (running with a handgun should be more accurate than running with something heavier for example)
yes i know hip firing already has it's own penalty but i feel there's a huge difference between walking and running still
