Feature Creep / run and gun back as feature of start marker

so the running with shift and shooting is taken out now for a couple of beta's
i would very much like to have the options to have this moved to the start marker as an on or off feature for those that want to have it.

I agree with you almightyhood the ability to run and shoot is a must for my game.

also if possible give it a setting for an accuracy penalty might be good - maybe add this to the properties of the actual weapon pick up so you wouldnt get the same penalty for all weapons (running with a handgun should be more accurate than running with something heavier for example)

yes i know hip firing already has it's own penalty but i feel there's a huge difference between walking and running still
