In this instance I think it would be more helpful to adjust properties like scale on a per object basis in the editor. I mean, it makes sense when you first setup the entity, but I don't think we should really be editing the FPE to change things, it becomes hopelessly confusing: Anything front he store would revert after update, etc.
More manipulation in the editor is probably a better way to go, in my opinion. When theres an entity importer that will probably give a live preview for setting up the FPE in the first place, and after that you probably shouldn't need to change the entity globally as it were.
